SharePoint 2013 CU Update

Hello SP Gurus - We have 15.0.4420.1017 version of SharePoint 2013 server. When User Profile synchronization has stopped working, found out we need to install April 2014 Cumulative Update. I can't find this CU. How should I update SharePoint 2013 Server?

Any guidance much appreciated.

    You should install the latest CU. To apply the latest CU, you must have Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Service Pack 1 installed.

    You should install Service Pack 1 and then deploy the February 2021 CU. I have a list of them at sharepointupdates.com.
