I have done the troubleshooting "fix" on my PC, but it is still telling me I have an "Unknown device doesn't have a driver".

In the properties of the device I have the following information.

General:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

Details:

IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30

Thank you
