The gb-installer.exefile that's stored inside your temp folder there is obviously a 16-bit application that your computer can't run -- my guess is it may be malicous. But either way it doesn't matter since your computer can't ever possibly run it, and since it's in a temp folder I'd recommend simply deleting it.
16-bit Application error
I get this message on startup of my laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium:
Unsupported 16-Bit Application:
The program or feature "??\C:\Users\Miss_J2g\AppData\Local\Temp\gb-installer.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.
I do not know what application or feature it is referring to. Please Help!!!

2018-02-01T15:55:21+00:00 gb-installer.exe appears to be malware or at least a "PUP" (potentially unwanted program).
What are you using for antivirus and antimalware protection?
When logged in as Miss_J2g click Start, type %temp% in the Search box, and press Enter
Windows Explorer should open to C:\Users\Miss_J2g\AppData\Local\Temp\
Press CTRL+A (or click File > Select All) and then press Delete.
You may see a few warnings about files that can't be deleted for some reason; click "Skip" for these files.
When the delete is finished, confirm that gb-installer.exe is not one of the files left behind.
