Wireless Controller Properties - ps4 controller

Hey. After the new update i can't test the buttons for my wireless controller anymore.

The controller is paired and works, but i can't test the buttons anymore.

For some games i need to configure the buttons for my controller, but when (Wireless Controller Properties) won't work , some games wont recognize the wirless controller.

It only works when i plug in with the usb-cable. (then i can test the buttons in - Wireless Controller Properties)

Can you help me?

    Hello,

    It is possible that the batteries needs to be replaced since it does work if the said controller is plugged in. We would suggest that you reach out the manufacturer of the controller for further troubleshooting.
