2018-01-17T05:44:22+00:00 Hi,
There are different factors that can contribute as to why the Bluetooth headset is not working with the Bluetooth dongle correctly. This could be by device driver compatibility or there is a missing audio management app for your device. For us to resolve your concern, we recommend that you update the device drivers of the Bluetooth dongle by downloading the latest version available on the manufacturer's website. You can use the information on this link as a reference for automatic updates as wells as options on how to manually update your device.
We look forward to your response once you complete the steps.

2018-01-21T02:20:28+00:00 Thanks for the update and also providing answers to our questions. You may need to contact the manufacturer of the Bluetooth USB dongle to get an updated device driver. The reason we're recommending this is because a CSR Bluetooth dongle may need a specific device driver rather than what the usual Bluetooth dongle may use.
Regards.
