Hi Stephanie, I am Rob, a volunteer and a 10 time and dual award MVP specializing in Windows troubleshooting and Bluescreen analysis. Please remember as volunteers we are not responsible for the development of Windows or the computer hardware and drivers.

Windows 10 probably did not like the WIndows 8 driver so download the latest driver and install it from the System Maker's site,

    If needed use Compatibility Mode.

    Use Compatibility Mode :

Download the latest available drivers from the maker's website. Right Click the setup.exe (installable file if a ZIP unpack first) - click properties then the Compatibility tab. Check Run in Compatibility mode - select the OS same as your driver.

Please let us know the results and if you need further assistance.

What is the make and model of your computer?

Select the Start button, then type Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input in the search box on taskbar and then choose the top result. Select the Setup button and follow the instructions.

Type Device manager in the search box on taskbar and then choose the top result. Select Monitors and press-and-hold (or right click) on the name of your monitor. If one of the menu items is enable, choose that.

Repeat step four and then choose Update driver software from the right-click menu.

    If that does not work...

    Open Start, type: regedit

    Right click regedit

    Click Run as administrator

    Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch

Change the TouchGate value to '1'

    Exit the Registry then restart.
