Finding Admin password on Surface Pro 4

Trying to download some software and it is asking for my admin password.  I don't remember it. How do I find it/change it?

    Did you originally setup this Surface Pro 4 or did you buy it from somebody?

    We wouldn't be able to know the password. You need to find that yourself.

    Open Start, type: CMD

    Right click CMD

    Click Run as administrator

    At the command prompt, type:

    net user administrator /active:yes

    Hit Enter

    Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.
