Error connecting to Azure Analysis Services using Linked Server in SSMS

I created a Linked server in SSMS , to connect to Azure analysis Services cube & query some data.
While Configuring the Linked Server, I set it up for MFA.
When I run the Query using the Linked server, I am prompted with MFA , and I choose to enter password , after that I get the below error:
(When I do the same in Excel , I am able to create Pivots and see data) -
