Persistent notification about changing password.

I have been getting this notification for weeks, so I went through the palaver of changing my password.

The notification still appears every time I reboot.

Can anyone suggest a remedy please?

Shared ecperiences is already turned off.

I don't have any other devices.

The microsoftaccounts.diagcab reveals a few errors but there is no information how they may be rectified.

    Hi David,

Shared experiences feature is turned on in Windows 10 by default, and your device is set to share or receive from your own devices only, but you can disable it or adjust the settings. To do that, kindly follow these steps: Click Start > go to Settings > click System.
