RDS Windows Explorer won't refresh automaticly

I have set up Remote Desktop Applications including windows explorer from a terminal server..

Now when users sign in with their domain users and start windows explorer and try to create/delete/rename new files/folders on their computers, these changes dont appear until they refresh the page (F5) or leaves and re-enter the page.

This doesn't happen the first time they sign in, But when turning off explorer and then reopening it without signing out.

I have also tried removing all GPOs set, this had no effect.

What causes this? Any idea how to fix this?
