Upgrading Windows 10 Error

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows why I am getting the error code: 0xc1900106 when I go to upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Windows 10.

Also,

I would appreciate it if somebody could provide me with a solution on how I can resolve this issue.
