How to resolve error Message Code 715-123130

Trying to make back up disc for windows 10 that came pre-loaded to my laptop, however on entering product key I cannot proceed due to error Message Code 715-123130

    Hi,

    Corrupted system files are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We'd like to know if you still need assistance in making a backup disk. If yes, we'd like to know if you are still getting the same error message. Have you also tried using other disc or removable drive?
