SharePoint 2019 On Premise: "readyState":0,"responseText":"","status":0,"statusText":"error"

Hi there,

when I edit the SharePoint Page and Add Document as shown below:

Click <Site> on the left hand side, sometimes it will show the message <"readyState":0,"responseText":"","status":0,"statusText":"error">. please refer to the following image.

Is there any idea on it? for me, I suppose the network is too slow so that when SharePoint call its own REST API : Timeout. ~~

How many document libraries in the site?

Please use Fiddler to track web request when you click Site tab in file viewer web part.

Whether all sites have the same issue?

Are there any clues in fiddler?

Try to clear the browser cache then check the result.

Hi Julie,

I figure out what happened. when we access the team site, the <OneDrive.aspx> will be involved. what the important is we have some js code in OneDrive.aspx for controlling another scenario.
