Hi Miladeb,
No WiFi networks found can be due to network adapter issues, and most of the time reinstalling the adapter resolves the issue. We just want to make a follow up on this. Are you still experiencing the issue?
Regards.

Which version of Windows 10 is installed?
Have you installed the latest firmware updates for Surface Pro 3?
Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot
Scroll down
Click Network adapters
Click Run the Troubleshooter
When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.
If not, press Windows key + X
Click Device Manager
Expand Network adapters
Right click your adapter
Click Uninstall
Exit Device Manager, restart. Windows 10 should detect the network adapter then reinstall it. Check if you can connect and browse.
Thank you for the information. If your Surface can no longer access any WiFi networks, there's a possibility that the network adapter has already gone bad. If reinstalling the network adapter and performing a full reset won't resolve the issue, it's best that you go to the nearest physical retail Microsoft Store and ask for a replacement. You can also contact our Global Support for assistance.
Please post back here if you have any additional concerns.
