Hi Andre, We fell at the first hurdle. I went to the link & attempted to download windows 10 Build 1703 & got the message "file is not available for download" . In fact none of the listed on the site seem to be downloadable.

& after clicking on the English X64 link it took me to the Visual Studio site which had me really confused . I got this message when I logged in

If your Visual Studio Subscription has recently been migrated from the legacy MSDN Subscriptions portal, and you are unable to find subscription here, please ensure you are using the same sign-in credentials that you were using to sign-in to the legacy MSDN portal. You may need to log out and log back in. Make sure to select personal account if given a choice when logging in.

Or if I go to the gmail message I received I feel i'm in way over my head Visual Studio Team Services with an invitation to start developing my project & a "happy Coding" Salutation I don't think I can swim well enough to stay in that pool !!! . Any other suggestions you have will be gratefully received Regards David
