I encountered this problem every time I open my computer, most of the time a message will pop-up regards this error. Updates of my OS Windows is not working. I can't run new apps in mu system.

The error code 0x800700C1 occurs because the Windows Authenticode Signature Verification function now verifies portable executable (PE) files. We recommend that you perform an in-place upgrade of Windows 10. You may follow the on-screen instructions and watch the video in this Forum Article provided by PaulSey... on how to perform an in-place upgrade of Windows 10.
