My computer was restarting and then it went to the automatic repair software and told me that windows could not start. I went to system restore and it said “System Restore failed to extract the file (c:\Windows\System32\SystemSettingsAdminFlows.exe)from the restore point. An unspecified error occured during System Restore. (0x8007025d)
