Direct routing Status inactive

Hello everybody I am doing a integration between direct routing with SBC. In TLS and sip options fields it say that is active but direct routing service is inactive. I attached a image of direct routing status why direct routing service is inactive?69859-17.png

    Could users call each other normally in Teams client?

    According to your provided information, TLS status and sip options status is active. Only Network Effectiveness Radio (NER) is zero. To ensure if this issue is related to your network environment, we recommend you click the SBC Name and view your network parameters such as Packet Loss to see if it is normal in your environment.

    I got the same issue but it change status to Active after I made several calls. Hope this help.
