Windows 10 tries automatically install wrong driver for amd video card

Hello there. 

Since yesterday i suffered from next issue : windows 10 x64 every time tries to install for my 

video card Mobility Radeon HD 5000 series driver of ver. 23.20.780.2 (10/26/2017) while accordingly to AMD page latest right driver is next:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/legacy?product=legacy3&os=Windows+10+-+64.

As a consequence my laptop falls into worse resolution than i have had before. How can i stop it doing so?

    I had the same problem yesterday.

    To stop the driver updates i am using winaero tweaker:
