For us to identify if this is an account related issue. We suggest that you create a new user profile by logging in to your laptop using your password. You can follow this link to create a new administrator profile, then try using that profile to log in using the PIN. If it works, you can transfer all your settings to that new user profile.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

One of the possible reason why this may happen is due to a corrupted user profile. For us to isolate your concern, please provide an answer to the following questions:

    • Were there some changes made to your device prior to the issue?
    • What is the current version and build number of your operating system?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • Aside from your PIN, did you set up a password for your user profile?

We’ll be waiting for your response.
