I'm not able to toggle "controlled Folder Access"

Controlled folder access showing its off .looks like i have no access to switch it on. i use McAfee Antivirus . Please help me.

You can’t enable Controlled folder access when Windows Defender is running in its Limited Periodic Scanning mode. This new feature is only available when Windows Defender’s real-time protection is enabled, as indicated in the Requirements section of the documentation:
