Migrate Containerized App to Azure ( App Service or AKS )

Hello All, Bit of basic question, I see we have containerized app deployment option in Azure app with scale up/out options. Keeping that in mind in which cases we go for AKS deployment as App service would take care of fluctuating workloads using its scale out options anyways? Thank you!
