Good afternoon,

I am receiving this error in the event viewer.

I am receiving this for all processors (0-11), could someone please help me with how to correct this?

I built this computer, so there is no OEM to contact.

Performance power management features on processor 0 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.

Hi Justin,

This error is pertaining to the BIOS firmware of your PC. Updating the motherboard drivers, BIOS firmware and resetting it to default will do the trick. You may contact the motherboard manufacturer for the latest firmware update.

Regards.
