VPN DPI Issue

I love Windows 10. I use a Macbook Pro with Windows 10 and can access my VPN. I go through Cisco Anyconnect, then MSFT Remote Desktop. Unfortunately, the fonts are very small on VPN. If I use the MSFT Remote Desktop client to zoom that creates enlarged pixels (image is not crisp). If I adjust resolution settings on my Macbook Pro by going to Graphics Options>Resolution, that also creates enlarged pixels (image not crisp). Please advise on how I can have a VPN full screen on Windows 10.
