On Premises MFA Server - Powershell commands

How would one go about getting users who have signed up and activated their MFA account through the user portal via a powershell command? I'd like to be able to include this in one of my scripts.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a two-step verification method of authentication which requires more than one verification method and add additional security layer for users.
