explorer.exe not working after installing updates

Question

Hi this is my issue

After installing some windows updates and rebooting, explorer.exe just wont load even after executing it from the task manager or the cmd. Restore system hasnt worked, it always signals an error and says the restoring could not be completed. Neither importing old registry copys to the existing registry, i don't know what else to do

The Windows Event Viewer shows this:

Would really like some help on this issue, i havent recently installed any updates to my gpu's driver so i'm 100% sure it was an issue with one of those windows updates (88 in a row).
