not working...........................no cursor to allow typing problem

    Hi,

    We need to clarify some information for us to better understand your concern. Kindly answer these questions:

    • Can you please tell us how you're accessing Microsoft Virtual Agent?
    • Which web browser are you using? Can you type in Microsoft Virtual Agent when using other web browsers?
    • Can you still type on other web pages or when using other apps like Notepad or Microsoft Word?
    • Have you attempted clicking inside the text box to see if the text cursor will appear?

    Go to Microsoft.com, select support, select Ask The Virtual Agent, Virtual Agent types “I'm Microsoft's Virtual Agent. I'm still in training and I'd love to help you. You can also ask to talk to a person at any time. Please briefly describe your issue below.

    Below has no cursor to describe issue.

    Microsoft Edge web browser.

    Yes I can type using word, etc.

    I AM HAVONG TROUBLE WITH MY PICTURES...I HAVE ICONS WHEN I GO THERE NOT SHOWING THUMBNAIL ON ALL PHOTOS..CAN'T SEEM TO FIX THIS

    SOMETIMES I WANT TO SHARE A PICTURE AND I CANT SEE IT..I CAN CLICK ON IT AND THEN SEE WHAT IT IS BUT I HAVE HUNDREDS OF PICTURES AND DONT WANT TO CLICK ON EACH ONE TO REMOVE THE ICON FOR VIEWING

    Might ask Cortana to start the 'On Screen Keyboard

    Maybe you'll get lucky and that virtual keyboard can talk to microsofts virtual agent.
