No bluetooth

Question

I cannot transfer mp3 files to a mobile phone? (i used to beable to) zoostorm desktop, windows 8.1 intel, 4 gb ram. looked in device manager, P.C. and devices. I have also looked in network connections, connected to the router via wireless

In services I started bluetooth hands free and bluetooth support services, down loaded updates. I have searched the internet however I 'am stuck?

Has anyone got any surggestions thanks

P.S. I could refresh windows but that would mean reinstalling some programs such as superantispyware ,malwarebytes plus others

You will probably have to contact Zoostorm directly. Did it come with a driver disc?

I have looked on Zoostorm web site for updates but their web site is not very good, All i could find is submit a quiry (tehnical help) I down loaded driver max It done a scan but I could not see anything in relation to bluetooth,wireless,

What is the exact model of your zoostorm? Sometimes reinstalling the driver for Bluetooth is all thats needed.
