Windows 10 files get saved onto wrong folder

I am using Windows 10 and when I am downloading documents, or saving them from Word, they get saved into a picture folder. I don't know why. I just need a simple explanation. It is saving into the wrong location.

    Word documents are normally saved to Documents, you can open Word, click File > Options > Save and make sure your default save location is set to Documents. See"
