system32.cmde.exe.???????

Question

today when i am using my laptop its shows a black window see screen shot ....it slows down my pc  :(   what is this c/windows/system32.cmde.exe ??? please help me to remove this

Something is trying to do something with those command windows that it is opening.

You need to try to figure out what is using those command windows at start up and then maybe reinstall that program or disable it from starting.

Odd behavior like that sometimes might indicate you have a virus.  Perhaps you might want run your virus scanner and do a full scan ?

I see you've apparently  asked somewhere?:

What is the location of that External Hard Drive ?   Is it attached to your router?

Right click one of those 'shortcuts' and select   'Target' and copy & paste that here.

You might want to run the command SFC /ScanNow in one of them.

Open your TaskManager and click on the StartUp tab, use the snipping tool to save a picture of it and post it here.

i did not open it open itself when I start a pc  when I close one window then second window open ...sometime 3, 4 windows open suddnely and it slow down my pc

cmd.exe is a important system program in your Windows\System32 folder.

Why are you having it open ?   How do you open it ?   What are you using it for ?
