SSMS - SQL Server Management Studio has stopped working.

Question

Hi

Tried to open SSMS today and found the below error

Once it did open, another error message about The file C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework[version_number]\mscorlib.tlb could not be loaded. So have tried both fixes from this site https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/918685/error-message-when-you-install-sql-server-2005-or-sql-server-2008-the  but still nothing. 

Any ideas?
