You can open Control Panel>Credential Manager to manage saved credentials.

To open Control Panel, type in Control in Run dialog box.

If you take both computers in they will for sure be able to help you out. They could probably do it for you for a fee.

    Greetings!

Thank you for answering my question so quickly!

I have very limited knowledge of computers.  I've had the computer for 2 weeks and am going to return it to the store.

I only used Microsoft Edge on the computer.  I was able to delete that computer from my cloud and Microsoft account.   I am hoping that will keep them from using my passwords.   Do you think so?.

If I go to Best Buy, do you think the will explain to me how to use the cable?  I don't even know where to begin?   The issue is that the screen is blank and the keyboard doesn't light up....is there something I can use to access that hard drive from my computer?   I don't want to take that one apart as I plan to return it.

    Kind Regards,

    Linda

If the machine that you can't turn on where the password are saved then unfortunately you will not be able to delete any passwords.

If the hard drive is still functional you can get an adapter to connect to USB on another machine and then wipe the drive.

Something similar to the adapter below might work.

If the computer won't turn on, you won't be able to do that, since you would need to be able to access the computer.

If accounts on the computer that won't boot are online accounts, you can log into each respective service in your web browser then change the password there.
