To reach to this place - Type ncpa.cpl in Windows Start Search box > Click on ncpa.cpl > Right click on your network > Properties > Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Hit properties

To find you default gateway IP,
Open command prompt and type “ipconfig | findstr /i "Gateway”
And to find your Subnet Mask IP address
In command prompt type “ipconfig /all”

Scroll down
Click Change adapter options
Right click either your Wireless or Ethernet adapter for which you want to modify the IP address
Click Properties
Select the Networking tab
Under 'The connection uses the following items'
Select 'Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
Click Properties
Select 'Use the following IP address"
Enter your IP address, subnet mast, default gateway.
Click OK
Click Apply then OK
