Have you tried uninstall then reinstall the app to see if it helps?

the error code message pops up so far only when I try to download videos on a YouTube downloader app called Mp3/Mp4 Tube. of course the download fails.

Is it in an error popup, is inside just one program please provide a screenshot or photo of the error you are seeing . . .
