Sharepoint 2010 Migration - No Library Contents copied

I'm in the process of beginning to migrate SP 2010 contents to online from on prem. The initial copy is great and copies the structure well, however, the one library with contents in the way of PDF files, word docs etc do not copy over? No errors in the migration just not evident in the destination? Migration setup is a select all and not targeting any one library. Am I missing something? Check permissions which don't seem to be the issue as I am the owner both sides and can create no problem. Any advice greatly appreciated! David

    Hi, @Davidlrwin-3611 ,
    Are you using SharePoint Migration tool? If everything works fine except one library is not migrated, as a test, I will suggest starting a new migration to migrate that library only. And here is the common process of using SPMT, you can take it as reference.

    Thanks for your response. There is only one library within each of these sites. The structure copies beautifully but doesn't copy the files from the library. Therefore the "new" library is empty? I'll have a look through your link.

    To keep it simple, I can migrate one site which has one single library. (I have many of these, built using the same template originally) the Structure migrates perfectly however the content of the library (pdf's, word docs etc) don't copy?! No errors in the logs. If I target the library directly it errors out complaining that the "list reference is broken".......
