After the latest Microsoft update, my usb to Irda adapter does not work. This was the problem a few years ago when Microsoft introduced windows 10. A update to Windows 10 solved this issue back then. It seems that the issue is back. I have installed the correct drivers and still have no communication with my devices. I get a code 28 on my irda device.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and still not working. Windows update device manager also has no luck. It is not a driver issue. Microsoft has removed the stacks on Irda before and I believe Microsoft did this again. I just want Microsoft to know that when they update Windows 10, they always seem to mess with Irda stacks or drivers.
