    Details?  What are you seeing that made you aware that they were modified?  FWIW I just got upgraded to 1803 today so did this in PowerShell

    cd ~

    dir | sort LastWriteTime

    and found that  Microsoft Edge.lnk  had changed today but I don't know why...

    gi "Microsoft Edge.lnk" | fl *

    shows

    Target            : {}

    but right-click Properties shows what it should really be with Target type.  Strange.

    gc  "Microsoft Edge.lnk"

    gets it raw.  I don't know how to format it any better.  A tool that I found on StackOverflow does not help.

    FYI

    Hello I am a fellow community member here to help. I know this is frustrating. This can happen for many reasons and most usually malware. I would run a full scan with Windows Defender as a first step
