I have a problem of synchronizing my Microsoft account with my windows phone 8.1 and due to that I can't download any app, send and receive e mails and also visit the internet.

2018-04-30T21:10:15+00:00 Windows 8.1 is on its way out, both on the desktop and phone. Microsoft is not actively maintaining either platform due to most development resources going towards Windows 10.
The appropriate recommendation is, switch out to Windows 10, or downgrade to Windows 7 and purchase a Android Smartphone or Apple iPhone.
