Error Code: 0x000001F7 in Microsoft Store

Microsoft Store wouldn't load. Tried to change internet settings, but dosen't load. Please fix this, please..

    Change date time to manual.  Set date back a few days.  Open store wait for it to load.  Close store.  Change date time to auto.  Store should be fixed.

    EDIT: It loads now, but, it's really slow to load and the "Downloads and updates" menu is messed up and weird
