Untrusted System FIle

I've been trying to launch Fortnite for a couple days now, but since then, it has been saying that there is the error (0xc000007b), and an untrusted system file (normaliz.dll).

Much help will be appreciated to resolve this problem as this problem has been occurring for a while now.

Thanks in advance.

Windows Key+I > Update & security > Windows defender > Open Windows defender security center > Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings > Toggle Off Controlled folder access

Keep it OFF for few minutes and see whether the problem is solved.

Now Toggle On Controlled folder access again whether problem solved or not

If problem was solved - Click Exclusions which is below Controlled folder access > Add Fortnite folder for the exclusion

It says the controlled folder access if off, and I can't turn it on again for some reason. It says the controlled folder access requires turning on Realtime protection.

I go to the realtime protection, but it won't let me turn it on.

    Thanks in advance.
