How do I find all the users still on Office 2016?

I am looking for a way to locate the users still on Office 2016 and export that list so I can upgrade them to Office 365. Help!!

Hi @agr Just so I can understand better, are you an administrator in a company that uses Office 2016? Are these users registered in Azure AD or a local directory?

Yes I am an administrator in the company that uses Office 2016. The users are registered to a local directory.
