I was directed to this address to find a list of necessary certificates for microsoft to work properly. Every time I type in the address, I am directed to MSN.com and no such list of necessary certificates is evident or available.

Hi Sally,

The URL you provided seems to be missing a character for it to properly forward the correct support article. The correct link should be http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=403544 and will redirect to this support article: Trusted root certificates that are required by Windows Server 2008 R2, by Windows 7, by Windows Server 2008, by Windows Vista, by Windows Server 2003, by Windows XP, and by Windows 2000.

If you would like me to provide additional advice, simply respond to this thread. I will get notified and I’ll reply to you as soon as I can.
