My computer shutdown suddenly.

Hello. 

My Laptop HP 620 with Windows 10 Home suddenly  shutdown with enough battery . 

I've checked the events and it shows the event 524 Source Kernel-Power.

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?

    I happened since I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I've the computer with the last updates installed. 

    • Aside from the event logs, did you get any error messages or error codes? If so, a screenshot of it is highly appreciated.

     I didn't get any error messages, I attached you a screenshot of the start screen where indicates the error code 601 of the primary battery. 

    • Does this issue occur repetitively?

    Yes, It does. Not many times but it does. 

    • What are you performing on your device when you encountered this issue?

    Work in an normal way. For example the last day it happened i was working on OpenOffice Writter. 

    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve your concern?

    • sfc /scannow
    • dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    • dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    • dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
