I have been trying to use my audio in various ways during programs such as Photoshop and some games, and it always makes a crackling sound that drowns out the actual audio. Even when I use something like Windows Media Player for an MP3 file, something that according to Task Manager has 0 GPU usage, it makes this annoying sound. What can I do?

What is the make and model of your PC? Thanks.
MSINFO32 doesn't show anything about my audio card besides that its from Realtek, which I knew. My Windows 10 version is 1079, Build 16299.371
What is the make and model of your PC and do you know what audio card is installed in your PC?
What is the version of windows you are running?
Go to search and type winver for this information.
