Cannot click while pressing keyboard key

From a few months ago I realized that I cannot click while I press any key of the keyboard.

I don't know why but I'm really feeling bad while playing game on PC, because I cannot click while moving.

I tried to edit registry because the setting was removed on some update, that is:

「NTUSER」->「Software」->「Microsoft」->「Windows」->「CurrentVersion」->「PrecisionTouchPad」 -> 「 AAPThreshoud」 to 0.

But nothing happened. why?

Also, I tried using commands on cmd.exe(administrator):

  sfc /scannow

 DISM /Online

But nothing was fixed.

If there is a way to fix this problem, please tell me.

I am using wireless mouse and keyboard(not wireless, using laptop).

on Windows home , build 17134.191 (version 1803).

When issues like this happen, usually a reinstall is the best way to fix it.

Power on and off your computer three times

On the third time, your computer will boot into the Advanced Recovery environment

    Click Advanced Options

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Reset this PC

    Click Keep my files

    Choose your account

    Enter your password

    Click Continue

    Click Reset

Restart your computer a few times to see if it helps.

Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot

    Scroll down

    Click Keyboards

    Click Run the Troubleshooter

When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved.

Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port if its a USB wired keyboard.

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

    Expand Keyboards

    Right click keyboard

    Click Uninstall

    Exit Device Manager then restart

    Reset your BIOS defaults:

Try the keyboard with another computer to see if it works.

Check for the latest driver updates for your computer.
