Windows 8.1 RTM CORE

Is there anyone at Microsoft that actually knows what RTM Core is?

The laptop I am trying to Install Fresh is Windows 8.1 RTM Core, if I search for it MS says Core Is HOME

With all these Version names and Letters I am sure only 10 % of the staff @ Microsoft actually know what they mean.

So when asking for the correct advice we have to download suggested versions, Which I have found to be total off the mark.

With tears in my baby blues PLEASE HELP with The correct ISO download link. or Would you rather recommend an alliterative OS such as Linux. which has soooo many less issues versions and confusions. 

Will it help to mail you the key so we can get the correct ISO Link
