socket access denied.

software that is run from our file server have stopped connecting to our sql server ( unable to open socket )

if the software is moved to the local machine there are no problems. 

this as only just start on the latest upgrade of windows 10.

I can see the security benfits. but I need to bypass this for our own software.

any ideas how.
