MSN keeps refreshing

Question

Using windows 7 and chrome, RECENTLY MSN au keeps refreshing and eventually rights itself but it's really annoying.

I found online advice that says to look at Google Chrome tools. I don't see an option of tools in Google Chrome. Sorry, I see 'more tools' but that doesn't lead me to disabling cookies which I understand is what I have to do. Sorry, not a techy girl, me.

This is an old issue with Google Chrome. Have you contacted Chrome Support?

1. Try clearing browser cache files. You'll find the steps for clearing Google Cache in this link.
2. If clearing cache doesn't work, try resetting the browser using the steps listed in this link.
