Can you make sure .NET Framework 3.5 (which includes .NET 2.0) is enabled via "Turn Windows Features On or Off" is enabled:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framewo...

Otherwise you may have to contact the developers of PMSDview.

i have this same error with this same program.

I have tried all the various fixes, mentioned here and elsewhere, including:

    1. Uninstalling and then Reinstalling .NET 2 and 3 (using the turn Windows features On/Off)
    2. Making sure various registry entriesare appropriately set:

    HKLM\software\microsoft.NETFramework\InstallRoot

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft.NETFramework InstallRoot=C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft.NETFramework InstallRoot=C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\

    3.  Downloading a new version of the program

Nothing seems to be working.  Any ideas?

I have been in contact with Phillips and received an email response dated 6/7/2018

There are no plans to fix the software that they could relay to me.

I have emailed Phillips since then several times with no response.

It would appear that Phillips is planning to leave the ultrasound market.
