Outlook keeps asking password?

Hi All,

Hope I posted the right forum.
Not all users (but some) are having an issue with their outlook 2013 and 2016, all of a sudden outlook keeps asking them password (the login window keeps popping up).

we have ADFS, ADDS and Hybrid Exchange 2010 server. I checked ADFS, it seems to be fine only one event I can find as follows

Event ID: 36888

The following fatal alert was generated: 40. The internal error state is 1205.
